Return Policy

Email kim@iclubdetroit.com for returns and exchanges.

 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 
days of purchase.


Returns:

I Club Detroit will gladly replace or issue refunds for the following returns:
Garments damaged in shipping.
Defective garments.

Once your return is received, you'll be sent an email notifying you that
your returned item has been received. Once approved, your refund will be
processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original meth-
od of payment.

*Gift cards are not returnable

Exchanges:

I Club Detroit will gladly exchange the following items:

Unworn and unwashed garments.
 

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your
refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a re-
fund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please
contact me at  kim@iclubdetroit.com.
