What is modal?
Modal is a biodegradable cellulose fiber made from the sustainable beech
tree using environmentally responsible methods. It is extremely soft, col-
orfast, resistant to shrinking and pilling, and 50% more absorbent than
cotton, thus providing a wicking effect. That means it pulls the sweat from
your body and brings it to the surface of the garment where it evaporates—
so you can dance all night!
Where else can I find your shirts?
I Club Detroit shirts are currently available at iclubdetroit.com, select festivals,
pop-up events and markets. I will post upcoming locations on the homepage
banners right here at iclubdetroit.com and on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Do you still print these shirts in your basement?
Occasionally I will offer limited edition items printed by me. It just takes for-
ever to print and heat set large quantities on a homemade press, while
maintaining the consistent level of print quality that I myself would wear.

Do you support any causes?
Giving back to a community that has given me so much joy and fostered
so many friendships over the years is important to me. I personally support
music and art education and women's services in Detroit whenever I can,
and look forward to doing much more through I Club Detroit.
